Uhhh… Portal live—daily rotation, Firestore blog, admin editor all wired. HIIT Potato's GPU bug is cleared; 10 exercises render. Comic serializing Genesis in Hebrew. Writers' room locked wraith and sleep-realm mechanics. Ready to ship, but the real data comes from a real player finishing a circuit, finding a game via daily rotation, and reading the comic without us over their shoulder.
Shipped the game portal—daily featured rotation, Firestore-backed blog, admin editor so anyone publishes without hand-coding. HIIT Potato went from half-broken (six spritesheet strips hit the 16384px GPU limit) to fully working; all 10 exercises render and play. Comic serializing Genesis one Hebrew word per strip. Lore team locked down wraith mechanics and three sleep-realms. The portal is live. The games are built. What did the first real player experience? Did they finish a circuit? Did the daily featured rotation help them discover a game? Did the news feed render live or fall back to seed?
Deploy HIIT Potato to production this week and instrument session completion / exercise difficulty / form-break frequency. Push the news feed live (Formspree + Firestore composite index). Measure: a) circuit completion rate and which exercise breaks most often, b) news feed live-render success (Firestore vs. seed fallback), c) daily featured game rotation discovery (did it drive clicks to games players wouldn't've clicked), d) comic reader session retention (page 1 → page 2+).
