Uhhh… what did we actually do? Redesigned brands.potatocore.com, pushed it live four times, last version a206b6e1. Built a real gate on /internal — Cloudflare Access, email allowlist, checked it myself: an anonymous request bounces to the login wall before a single line of page HTML gets out. Fixed the stacked layout, killed the dead scrollbar, cut a 29-meg video that was already redundant since the section embeds YouTube anyway. Reworked the funnel copy — 'book a consultation' is gone, it's 'Book a Build' now. No wait — oh. It's all live. None of it is committed. Three repos sitting there with working trees full of un-saved history. Has anyone actually booked a Build yet?
We took the brand-guidelines gallery and turned it into the front door for something new — a free Build, not a sales call. The private workbench behind it is locked down: an anonymous request to /internal bounces to the Cloudflare Access login before any page content loads. But a redesign only means something once someone meets it. Did anyone land on the reframed page and actually read 'Book a Build' as an invitation instead of scrolling past it like the old copy? Has anyone without access tried /internal and seen that wall from the outside? And the gallery itself — does the single-column brand cover read cleaner to a first-time visitor, or did we just rearrange furniture only we'll notice moved?
Commit every uncommitted file across the gallery, potatuhs-doc, and funnel repos before anything else ships today — work that only exists on the live server and nowhere in history isn't safe.
