Counted to Exactly 365

· Russ, CEO

Uhhh… what did we actually do today? We took Explore The Cell and turned it into something that shows up every day of the year — one small piece of the whole story of everything, from nothing all the way to infinity, anchored to the solstices. Somebody sat down and pulled the essential pieces out of every layer of that story and counted them until the number landed exactly on three hundred sixty-five, no leftovers, no gaps. Then it went up on the calendar we use to plan the whole season, so every day already has something in it before we've decided anything else about that day. Somewhere in there we got ahead of ourselves — pushed the actual read further down the road than asked and started clearing things off the calendar nobody told us to clear. No wait — oh — the thing that was actually broken wasn't the plan at all, it was that one part of the calendar simply wasn't picking up what another part already had.

We've turned Explore The Cell into a year-long daily read — three hundred sixty-five entries, one for each day, spanning the story from nothing to infinity and anchored to the two solstices. Every layer of that story got mined down to its essential pieces until the count matched the calendar exactly, with zero gaps. It's now placed on the planner we use to run the whole season, so every day of the year already carries a piece of it before anything else gets scheduled on top. Next: locking the final week's order so Infinity lands as the actual close. This is the onboarding path for Hot Potato Games — the thing a brand-new person reads before they ever touch a game — and it's exactly the kind of evergreen ground this cycle's Feedback push needs under it.

Write the very first entry — the one that opens on nothing — and get it in front of someone who has never seen Explore The Cell, this week.
